From One of our volunteers

I know a lot of people are hesitant to give to charities, but I can tell you that this one is real. I, along with my neighbors and new friends I've meet through this organization, have volunteered with fund raisers. Purse bingo is a huge one. Beautiful designer purses are won! But the main thing I've learned is that our soldiers don't receive many things that we take for granted here at home.  Simple things like socks, candy, lotions, wash clothes, all these things they have to buy for themselves on an income that isn't nearly enough. Their families have to pay and ship the things they need to them. PLEASE take the time to go on the website and just see the story and where and how it started. Very touching and humbling. Holidays for Heroes is one of the best charities you can give to. It's for our soldiers! Men and women. Thank you for your support. 🙏
