I wanted to extend a very gracious and heartfelt thank-you to everyone at your organization that has helped to send out those care packages to myself and my brothers and sisters during our deployment. They have truly been wonderful for improving morale, as well as being helpful when certain toiletries became hard to come by.

I've been fortunate enough to have received countless care packages on behalf of my current and previous duty stations while deployed across the world. While time away from our families, friends, and local conveniences is difficult enough, the efforts of organizations such as Holiday's 4 Heroes help to ensure myself and fellow service members can stay resilient during these
times.
Whether it be Christmas cards to send back home to our loved ones, magazines and card games to keep us occupied during the slow times, or snacks from back stateside that remind us of home, thank you for keeping us at the forefront of your minds, especially during these challenging COVID times. It is comforting to know that even across the reaches of the Pacific, that there are individuals back home who take time out of their busy lives to contribute to something that may seem small to them, but makes a huge difference in both our morale and quality of life.

"The care packages you recently sent arrived safely yesterday. I must say there is an aura of serendipity surrounding items that you send. For example two days prior I was asked to keep an eye out for JIF peanut butter and then you send two big jars. The heater in my room in on the fritz and we are in the middle of a deep freeze (lots of snow and ice) and then low and behold last night I had two new additional blankets to burrow under. I was also asked for whey protein powder and you sent a tub. You bring smiles to many folks here every day and they always leave with a treat thanks to your hard work. Have a fantastic day."
